These terms apply to all orders placed through this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are buying for the purposes of a business and that you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.
We try to display our products and their colours as accurately as possible, but screens vary and handmade, printed or limited-edition items may differ slightly from the images shown. Descriptions, prices and availability may change without notice.
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and exclude VAT. Prices also do not include import duties, customs charges or other taxes or fees that may be charged on international orders (see section 6). Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. If we identify a pricing error after you have ordered, we will contact you with the correct price, and you may choose to proceed or cancel for a full refund.
When you place an order, we will email you to acknowledge it. This is not acceptance of your order. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order, for example because of stock unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we do, any payment you have made will be refunded in full.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By paying, you also agree to Stripe’s terms. Payment is taken when you place your order. We never see or store your full card details, which are handled entirely by Stripe. Your payment may be subject to authentication checks (such as 3D Secure) required by your bank.
We deliver worldwide, with the exception of Russia, North Korea, PO boxes, Freepost numbers, NAPO addresses and BFPO (British Forces Post Office) destinations. Delivery times listed on our About page are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to you once we have received payment in full. If your order has not arrived within 15 days of dispatch, please contact us.
For orders delivered outside the UK, import duties, customs charges, import VAT and any other taxes or fees imposed by the destination country are not included in the price or delivery cost. You are responsible for paying them and for complying with local import requirements. We have no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance. Charges may be collected by the carrier or customs authority before or on delivery, and refusing to pay them may result in the goods being returned to us or destroyed. In that case, we will not refund the price or delivery costs.
All sales are final. Items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged, except where an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described (see section 8).
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, faulty or not as described, email team@allprojects.ltd within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. Once we have confirmed the problem, we will, at our option, repair, replace the item, partially refund or fully refund the price paid. Refunds are made to your original payment method via Stripe and may take 5–10 working days to appear, depending on your bank. Where we ask for the item to be returned, we will cover reasonable return postage.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission. Purchase of an artwork or edition does not transfer copyright in it.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited or excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the price you paid for that order.
When you place an order, we collect the personal information needed to process and deliver it, such as your name, email address, delivery address and order details. We use this only to fulfil your order, communicate with you about it, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data.
Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles your card details directly. Stripe’s use of your data is covered by its privacy policy. You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing team@allprojects.ltd.
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, strikes, supply disruption, extreme weather or utility failures.
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order are the ones that apply to it.
These terms, together with your order, are the entire agreement between us regarding your purchase. If any part is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under a contract with us without our written consent.
These terms and any contract formed under them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
